Current Openings
Prep Chef – Assists in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of meals. Supervises kitchen crew members when Executive Chef is away, ensures the delivery of meals and supplies to ranch homes. The Prep Chef works with the Executive Chef and the kitchen crew to ensure the timely checking in of all food deliveries for quality and quantity as well as the timely storage of all incoming food deliveries; organizing the walk-in coolers in a manner that ensures the availability of all needed supplies by the kitchen staff. Additional responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas ensuring the highest standards of sanitation.
Housekeeper – This position must provide clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surroundings for the residents, employees, and public. The housekeeper promotes sanitary conditions which prevent the spread of infection and odors. She/he may be required to perform tasks, which involve exposure to visible blood contamination or reasonably anticipated blood contamination. The housekeeper must follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, or moving of objects/materials and/or the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, or body fluids containing blood in accordance with the OSHA Blood-borne Pathogen Standard or Rainbow Acres Exposure Control Plan for Blood-borne Pathogens. This is a safety sensitive position.
Director of Advancement – Reporting to the President/CEO the Director of Advancement will oversee the strategy, day-to-day management, and implementation of Rainbow Acres’ multifaceted advancement efforts, comprised of ongoing initiatives that seek to achieve the organization’s fundraising goals along with campaigns that seek to secure targeted financial support from church partners, individuals, foundations, corporations, and grants, while ensuring an excellent donor experience. This position also oversees development operations and services, including team management, prospect and donor tracking, donor stewardship, and admissions oversight.

- A background check that may include verification of prior employment, education, criminal records, motor vehicle, and license records

- Qualify for and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint clearance through the State of Arizona
